About Northstream

Northstream Development Company, Inc. was formed in 1979 by Linda Nordstrom to develop land and residences in the Seattle Metropolitan Area. A few houses were built, but, in the beginning, the majority of business came from selling finished lots to builders. In 1985, Northstream completed its first commercial project, Rose Hill Building on Rose Hill between Kirkland and Redmond. By 1991, commercial projects were the sole emphasis.

Northstream evolved into a property management company dealing with its own portfolio as well as unique properties for others. The company’s primary geographical interests are in Seattle Metropolitan Area’s Greater Eastside. Focusing more narrowly on the Kirkland community allows the company to work within the area it cares the most about. An important company goal is to build projects that enhance the surrounding landscape.
