Kimberly M. Bentz President
Ms. Bentz attended the University of Oregon and began her professional career as a corporate buyer for Nordstrom Inc. In 1990, she joined Northstream as Vice President. By 1998, she had managed the design, construction, financing and leasing of Northstream Development’s largest project to date. Central Way Plaza is a 95,000-square-foot, Class A office building located in Kirkland, Washington.
Ms. Bentz oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate, which includes office, retail and light industrial buildings. She provides all asset-management services for the portfolio including leasing, sales and financial consulting.
She has professional affiliations with Kirkland Chamber of Commerce and Seattle Master Builders. Ms. Bentz is involved in the community through Street Links, Seattle Children’s Home and Bellevue Boys and Girls Club. She is a Board Member of Bellevue High School PTSA, City of Seattle Investment Advisory Board and Bellevue High School Basketball. In 1999-2001 she was a member of the City of Kirkland Downtown Action Team.
